Cheers guys, will get a list going. I may have to limit the 'L' bolts to 10 at the moment as that is all I am going to have at the end of this week. Hangers should have about 12. Trays no limit as I have these laser cut to my drawing, there is a minimum quantity of 10 though to make them viable. All the best, Pete

Hi guys, I now have the small batch of 'L' bolts, 10 off, and hangers, 12 off. Will be willing to have 20 trays laser cut. I can also source if required the black donuts that mount the exhaust to the tray?

The 'L' bolts will be first come first served (though will make more later).

If all interested parties would PM me please (listing their requirements), so as I coud send information through to you! Will also add names to the list I have started.

Hi all, some time since I posted here! I am willing to have another run of the stainless trays I designed and produced the CAD file some years ago when restoring my Griff. Have had made about 100 over the last few years. Other than Phill who wants 2 is there any others who might be interested? Need around 5 to make it viable. I also have some stock of the rubber donuts and stainless fixings from the last batch I had made. Tray laser cut in 304 stainless 2B smooth (shiny) finish and edge flange all neatly formed up. They look identical to the originals but will not rust and do look nice. Mine is still really good after 5 years. They work out at £67 each and the kit of fixings and rubber donuts are £9, all plus postage. Pete

P.S. I also have some rear hangers and 'L' bolts I made in stainless if anyones interested?

Hi Motul, postage via ParcelForce normally works out about £10, so tray plus complete kit and postage around £86 delivered?

The rear stainless hanger brackets are £7.25 and the stainless 'L' bolts £4.75? Would drop them into the package for above so no additional postage?

Hi guys, if I can get enough interest for 10 off I could do the trays for around £56 each (economies of scale), plus the postage and kit (if wanted)? Better price from Laser cutter for 10 than 5. Regards, Pete

I have taken the plunge and ordered 10 laser cut blanks based now upon around 6 to 7 people interested. Once received I will need to get the flange formed up. Also need to check how many sets of fixings and donuts I have in my store cupboard in workshop. I am sure there will be a couple more interested, I am happy to keep one in stock!

With everything considered they will be £58 plus postage (need to check on cost) and kit (if required) at £9.
