Clutch release bearing

Afternoon all

I need to replace the clutch release bearing on my 1993 500 pre-serp.
Has anyone got any advice on which bearing to use - or not use?
Or should I just go to TVR Parts and buy the one listed there?

Forgot to mention that mine is one of the pre-serps with a T5 box!!

Its the actual bearing i'm interested in - is one make any better or more heavy duty than others?
