Replacement for ECUMATE ECU code reader?

Seems the Steve Heath's ECUMATE is no longer available....is there a replacement / other product readily available that will read the ECU codes on my Griff? Or is there a software product & cable that I can use on a laptop versus a dedicated code reader that will work on a 14cux ECU?
