PH TVR GRIFF DIY mechanics in Kettering area?
Discussion
anyone able to help a Griff owner who is restricted in what he can do?
Low mileage Griff 4.3 dry stored 8 yrs, Summary of o/s works:
Brakes servicing + front aeroquip
Clutch Master seal kit fitting from footwell (pedal dropped)
Front wishbone spacers to take up lateral float
Clutch rusted to flywheel - freeing without strip-down
Remove heaterbox, clean and enhance fresh air flow with additional fans (PC?)
Replace suspect speed sensor on diff
Great working environment (huge ultra spacious workshop) - I am able to actively assist - any helpers will be rewarded with farm bbqs, drinks + expenses / modest pay
I prefer to get car super fit again for MOT before taking to specialist for service
Car was put away in concours condition with 22k miles, so deserves the very best personal care
Thks for your consideration, David

Sounds an interesting project.
I am too far away for practical hands on help.
I have spent the last 18 months doing a chassis job on my Griff that has been dry stored since 2006.
It first ran a few weeks ago and I am hoping that in less than a month it will be ready for an MOT.
Feel free to get in touch if you want help / advice / sympathy / someone to drown your sorrows with....
