Changing RV8 front oil seal

My job for this winter to fix the dripping coming from the front crank seal. I assume it’s a rad out job?? - and any helpful tips would be welcomed.

......and is the pulley retained by left or right hand thread?

Yes of course. I feared that but hoped there was another answer 😄 Hopefully I won’t need one but let’s wait and see. Thanks for the info in any case.
