Hi,
I noticed that the OS Rear is 20mm lower than the NS Rear. To the wheel arch 620mm v 640mm and it looks too low. Suspension fitted in 2008 and I've driven 30k since then.
Nitrons suggest sending to them for an overhaul and suggest the gas maybe lower on the OS damper.

Anyone else had to service Nitrons ?

Height is dictated by the spring platform is it not? Gas will affect damping.
Agree. I thought the gas was to prevent the oil becoming compromised but THB I don’t really know. Shocks off the car and will be sent away today after a photo session to document settings.

Refitted shocks after refurbishment by Nitron. Nice and shiny but didn’t effect the ride height = no surprise. I’ve decided to keep both shocks the same and live with the slight differences in body height left v right.

+2.5 revolutions of the OSR suspension spring retainer has sorted the ride height. Happy Days 👍
