Removing door cards

I am trying to remove the drivers side door cards to adjust the height of the window. ive read the bible, but im still struggling to remover the door card. I think the cigar lighter and electric window switches may be holding it on - does anyone know how to remove these or do I just need to put up with the rain getting in ?

Cheers guys, I just need to raise the window about 2-3mm so I will have a look for the adjuster screw. I just assumed to door card would have to come off, it would be a bouns if it didnt !! save me the
