would you flash YOUR LIGHTS at a bmw mini?!

I've owned a 1984 mini mayfair for 6 years now, and she has evolved into a cooper look-a-like complete with 1275 engine and cooper alloys, etc - but she hasn't been used for a year or so due to shiny red TVR!

This weekend I bought a new bmw mini which I've fallen in love with.

So, would you acknowledge a new mini? Has any-one seen any on any of the mini runs, ie london to brighton? or, (gulp,) will I be snubbed?!

Well, since my first post i've had my BMW MINI 3 months and my impression is that some MINI drivers just don't get it when I wave or flash my lights! but a lot do, and respond accordingly. I do think it's a shame that some mini drivers seem to have such an issue with the MINI, but as I said I've owned an original mini for 6 years and had great fun with her, I still love the originals but I also love my new MINI - and my TVR for that matter!
I haven't got a problem with flashing any other mini (or MINI !) so if I do wave at you - please be nice!!
