Right, I've just had my mini back from Green & White for a 1.75" carb, brakes upgrade, and a rolling road tune - I now have 57 BHP at the wheels! to put that into perspective, the first reading they took was 44. That's a near 25% power increase, with power throughout the rev range - It is a far better car now

So - what kind of horses do other PHer's minis put out? I don't want to start a big cojones contest, just friendly banter....

BTW - can anyone offer roughly what I might have at the flywheel?

What engine spec?

just a 1275cc with a stage one kit & a 286 kent camshaft - goes well though as I have stripped out all the crap (soundproofing, seats, etc)

That what I have waiting to go in mine.

What does it drive like?

I keep being told differing advice on camshafts, but I'm a tight old git, and I was given a brand new Kent 286 - the price is right

Chris

well chris, not much go below 3000, but above, oh boy! like a turbo effect! if you have a larger engine than 1275 (1330/1380) then it will go much better

well if that's the case chris, I reckon on yours giving 68 or do at the wheels - I hope your coming to pistonheads - we can compare!
