Another interesting observation as I am new to the marque is that the dealerships don't do warranty health checks for cars under manufacturer warranty. Recently did the land rover experience which was great fun and was amazed at what the cars are capable of but the instructor off the record did say the customer service culture is poor in land rover. Guess the product sells itself but is that enough in this day and age?
