Used Evoque 2015 - 2017

Seriously interested in changing SWMBO's Mini Countryman for a later used Evoque. Fantastic looking bit of kit but the more I research reliability issues the more problems I seem to uncover. It's not uncommon to lose perspective in these matters because people are more inclined to register their dissatisfaction with cars than they are to write and say they are relatively/completely satisfied with their ownership experience. Decision is not helped by the fact that for 5 years since new, the Countryman has never had a recall or let us own other than an issue with the windscreen washers which was eventually resolved. For this reason we may go for an X3 or Q5, and even though neither looks as good as Evoque we can't be doing with unreliability issues as the car is frequently used for trips abroad.
Any thoughts or comments would be really appreciated. (Anyone got a good one they want to sell 😉)
