Evoque heated seat question...

My wife bought a 4yr old Evoque and was a little confused with the heated seats. In every other car she (and I) have owned, the heat is generated in the base and back of the seat.

This car seems to heat just the base. The LR dealer says that’s right, but knowing what they’re like sometimes, I found online some ‘genuine LR’ seat heating elements for the back of the seat.

Can someone please confirm if it is supposed to just be the base?

OK so there's no seat menu on the dash. Looks like that's only for the 'climate seats'. So presuming the back seat panels just don't heat up?
