Front parking sensor

A bird strike has knocked one of my sensor out of position inside bumper.
Any idea how I get at this, as putting my hand behind, it all seems pretty solid.
Anyone got a cutaway drawing to show what’s involved in removing bumper?
The car is 2011 Sport 3.0 lux
