Evoque Reliability? Mixed Messages

My Fiancee is planning to buy an evoque - it's her favourite car, and shes been in love with them for years, especially when she heard about the park pack! 😂
The only thing putting her off is the reliability. We'll definitely be buying a used one, and hoping to get something under 100k miles (because it sounds like a good maximum, but we know nothing about cars), and under the £15k mark, so it'll be an earlier model. I've read posts that say they're bulletproof, but I've also read that they're money pits. Which is it?
She was hoping to buy an evoque ,and it would last her years and years as her nicest, most reliable car. A huge upgrade to her old 2003 polo, and her current 2004 mx5!
