Discovery 4 - "Only Normal Height Available"

Anyone managed to get this sorted?

An independent declined to look into it as, he reckoned it could be due to lots of different things.

Dealer reckoned it was related to a goosed alternator ... but it wasn't ... as I knew.

Help.
