Just bought a product off of a website & now wish to return it. Noticed they have no postal address anywhere, just an e mail address.
Even the paypal details just give an e mail address. Is this legal? Not sure if they're VAT registered but no details of this either?

Your best bet is to file a PayPal dispute. If they don't respond or co-operate, PayPal will find in your favour and you'll get your money back
