A Cleaner... or something else?

We're looking to employ a cleaner within our oil works. Sounds simple enough? Not really...
Usually, when I advertise for an Industrial Cleaner, I end up with hundreds of CVs from people who expect to be emptying bins or mopping the floor, when I really need someone to clean out blend vessels, bunds and a whole host of other jobs much tougher than a 'regular cleaning role'. The job description states this fully, however people tend to look at the job title and apply blindly.
Without going down the slippery slope of politically correct cleaning titles, such as a Sanitation Executive etc, is there a better job title I can use to help weed out the home / commercial cleaners from the people who really don't mind getting knee deep in whatever we have on site?
As an aside, it's a good role to get into the business. I tend to interview for more cleaners than any other role, as the right person than migrates towards the better paid filling roles and warehouse roles within the site when they become available. It takes so much time to go through the CVs though - I take the approach that if someone bothers to apply, I'll at least look through each applicant. However, I need to reduce them down before I go mad!

Possibly somewhere in between. I have two maintenance lads who service, install pipework and motors and generally holds bits together with sticky tape.The cleaning role starts off with a floor cleaner, to remove the previous day's oil residue. (we blend and fill various grades of motor, gearbox and hydraulic oil in 1 litre to 30,000 litre vessels). Then they'll empty cardboard bins and crush, along with plastics. Removal of contaminated rags. Onto a little floor sweeping of the offices and then into the yard or warehouse. It's a mixed bag to be honest. If we have a spill, they'll then be on hand to clear and make safe.
I looked a calling it Site Maintenance, but that may start to tread on the toes of the Maintenance Department.
