Payroll provider integrated with fingerprint system

I’d like to streamline out process of recording hours on spreadsheets, getting this approved, keeping track of holidays and sick leave etc and then formatting the info to be submitted to payroll.

Are there any modern, integrated (and cheap!) providers than have web based and fingerprint systems to provided an easy graphical interface to manage all this, run reports etc?

I have a feeling I’m merging a payroll providers roll and other tasks that should probably be handled internally. If so, feel free to recommend relevant solutions.

What you've described is fairly bread and butter for most payroll providers. How many employees do you pay and what is your payroll frequency?

Just consider the fact that biometric data is a Special category under GDPR - so proceed with absolute caution. Regardless of what the vendors tell you about 'their GDPR compliance', you will be the Data Controller so you have to make sure you are compliant. You are liable, you cannot pass the buck on to the vendor.

Depending how we roll it and and if we include all departments and companies, between 25 and 125 people. Payroll is monthly. Some have expenses.
