I’d like to streamline out process of recording hours on spreadsheets, getting this approved, keeping track of holidays and sick leave etc and then formatting the info to be submitted to payroll.

Are there any modern, integrated (and cheap!) providers than have web based and fingerprint systems to provided an easy graphical interface to manage all this, run reports etc?

I have a feeling I’m merging a payroll providers roll and other tasks that should probably be handled internally. If so, feel free to recommend relevant solutions.

Depending how we roll it and and if we include all departments and companies, between 25 and 125 people. Payroll is monthly. Some have expenses.
