Coronavirus Grants

I know its early days yet, but does anyone know how the £10k and £25k grant will work?

We rent a shared office and tenancy agreement states that we are liable to pay rates which is 0 due to SBRR.

I assume that we cannot get the £10k grant with it being a shared office?
