Lately cars that are spares and repairs are selling for as much as running counterparts.

Auction guide prices seem to be way off too

Where are you getting stock I’m struggling

Grade 5 stuff is very risky and most of it you wouldn't knowcwhere to start you really have to see the car which of course now is impossible.

Only for the brave or foolish.
I agree generally 3-2 for me

Supposing you were to buy one of these 'overpriced' cars, what could you sell it for?
For reference earlier on this afternoon a Hyundai I10 grade 2 35,000 miles went through the auction with a cap clean price of £3400 sold at auction for £3800 say you have a gold bca account that will be around £250-£300 in buyers fees on top of that and that’s before prepping etc and hoping that it has no mechanical issues, there’s a couple on eBay and auto trader for £3600 with similar and lower mileage I bid what I thought was a reasonable £2700 so around 3k with fees would of 3,795, not bought anything at auction for ages because all cars seem to be the same and don’t get me started on vans at the moment 😂😂😂
