Supplier not delivering (finance leads)

Got a call from a company offering finance leads a little while ago. Normally I wouldn't touch the things but as these were a decent price and I could do a small trial (for our new starter in the office to sink her teeth into) I thought 'why not?' I sent them a cheque for a few hundred pounds with a view to leads coming through each day the week after.
We are now a month after that and nothing has come through. I have sent numerous emails and have tried calling each day asking for the two people I know of there but they are always 'out of the office'. They have not delivered what they promised.
What would you do next?

Cheers gents. Their website is well established in the search engines so I kind of took that as evidence to them not being fly-by-night. Will start checking into their background and write a strong letter now.
Scotal, I agree totally and normally I wouldn't use them but as we had a new starter I thought it would be good for them to sink their teeth into a number of new leads as a sort of training exercise. I used a different lead supplier last year that despite 000's of the things we only closed one deal. Not going to ever even entertain the thought of using one of these companies again.
