Those websites where you can setup a company

Are they any good, I have about 8-10 companies approaching me at the moment to do work for them but I already have a job, I've thought about setting up on my own for ages but as I seem to have a bit of interest I thought I'd check it out.
I have no idea how to setup or indeed have the time so are all these websites crap or has anyone used one that was really quite good?

They have approached me for IT support, yearly contracts so I would have to take them on full time, because of the costs involved if anything goes wrong I'd rather they couldn't sue me and take my houses.
If I setup a company I could go and find other companies and not just the ones who have come to me
