12v atx power supply wiring diagram

i need to extend the wire for the 12v motherboard atx as the new power supply isnt quite long enough. Can anyone confirm - there are 2 yellow and 2 black, are these the same? Found a pic off net .

By the same do you mean are they in parallel with each other? Yes, I think they do this to allow higher current without using thicker wires.
