Secure Storage App/Program

I am looking for an app or program (iPhone/Mac) to store secure information such as passwords, account information at more.

I know there are many password vault apps however I am looking for something for more than just passwords. Can anyone recommend an app? And are they actually secure?

You're valuables that is, not your passwords, they belong on postit notes on your screen

I'm not asking if it's secure to keep my cash and jewels in a safe. I'm asking if the Safe Space travel lock space for under 30 quid from Amazon is going to keep them safe or if I need to buy the Burton Atlas Grade 6 for a cool 11 grand to get decent protection.

A postit note on the screen is not good - easy for anyone in the office to see and isn't too helpful when a) don't always have computer and b) often on the road
