Evening all!

Mrs9 wanted to watch some 'Top of The Lake' on our Samsung Smart TV. She logged into the Amazon app (built-in) and it wants £1.79 for an SD episode and more for HD.

She already has Prime and has been watching it (free) on her Samsung tablet.

Why does it appear to be charged on one device and not the other, despite being the same login, same show, same account etc?

We watched Lucifer via the Amazon app for 'free' on that TV a few months back but it looks like the app has updated (maybe) and we had to log back in.

Anyone heard of this/ come across it?

Thanks,

Dom

She's laying next to me now and swears she was watching it on Prime, a few days ago.

This isn't the new/ recent series but the 'old' one.

That's the conclusion I'm coming to - massively unlucky, in which case, as she won't pay for them I suspect!

Box set for Christmas then smile

She does! I'm wondering if she got confused with her apps...

I believe she now does think she was watching Netflix!

This has brought great shame upon the family frown

I'd also agree that we watch hardly anything on Prime.

In fact; Lucifer is the only thing I can think of in a year!

It’s annoying that things aren’t all on one service. But then Amazon + Netflix is like £15 a month ish and how much is Sky etc?
We have Amazon, Netflix and Now TV... The latter is used daily and the others, rarely, if we're honest!
