The Nokia 5.1 is £150 and has been getting good reviews.

I don't think there are many - I think the main requirement is, one that's not going to run out of memory in the short to medium term (so I think at least 32GB, ideally 64).

The person buying the phone "will not buy a Chinese one" which rules some out (let's not get into the fact that half the others are probably built there anyway). I will forward the suggestions to her.
