Android photo resizing app

Anyone know of a decent app that can specify file size as well as resolution like in Lightroom?

No it doesnt.
I guess I'll have to stick to doing it in Lightroom.

That has potential, will check it out.
For the others, a forum I post pictures to, has a 250k limit. So rather than guess and resize, in Lightroom I have a preset that resizes to 800 pixels along the long edge and maximizes the file size to 250k. That way it automatically adjusts the compression and I get the best photo quality to post.
I am an experienced Photoshop user, so the resizing of photos is second nature, I just wanted to be able to do it from my phone as well.

That app was close but you cant specify the pixel size and kilobyte size.
