Where, physically, is TomTom in the UK?

By way of a gesture I want to return a TomTom GPS device that has in my opinion (and that of many others online) been deliberately rendered useless by the company's own software update.
I'd like to send the device back to them with a pointed note but I cannot find any physical address for these people anywhere. I know that their HQ is somewhere in Holland. I also know they have a UK office because they boast about it on their website, but there are no addresses anywhere – highly ironic given the nature of their business.
Has any PHer ever managed to find a UK address for TomTom?
