Aghhh. I meant why DO you hate iPhones.
OK, I hate that when I was looking at the 7 I needed about 64gb and they only offered 32 or 128 forcing you to pay more.I hate the way you can't position stuff where you want on the home screen.
The widgets were crap, but looks like that might be better with iOS14.
I hate no 'always on display.'
I hate the way Apple treat you like a child.
I hate that they hold back features and hardware Androids had for ages - wireless charging, fast charging, OLED screens, and the most recent one - higher refresh rates.
Though kind of like the look of the 12.
Here’s an argument to skip the 12 and hold off until 2021 for the 13.

That website is utter drivel and doesn't actually provide any convincing argument. i've got an iPhone X and I'll be upgrading to a 12 Pro Max (or whatever it will be called) as soon as it's available.
That’s pretty much where I am. I’ll upgrade to the 12 but I’d prefer the smaller version, fits better into my pockets.dickymint said:

My X is starting to run out of battery life. New battery or new phone?
Same with my 7 so changed the battery.........no difference!! Guessing that Apple are up to the shenanagens again.Leicester Loyal said:
Think I'll have to upgrade to the 12 at some point, I'm still using an iPhone 8 that I've had for nearly 3 years. I will try and hold off for another year, but I don't think this battery will make it, it's almost a year old and will probably be totally fked in 6 months time. It's either replace the battery for a 2nd time or just buy a new phone.
I reckon a new Apple fitted battery will solve your problem.Leicester Loyal said:

Yeah I went for a new battery last year, they cracked my screen and ended up giving me a new iPhone. It's just quite old tech now, not sure whether I want to pay £700 for a new phone though, it's still easy to use on a day to day basis. Will O. Bey jr said:

iPhone 4 was an iconic design and the best looking iPhone IMHO (last of Jobs' iPhones). It’s looking like the new iPhone will be launched alongside IOS 14 which will curb advertising revenues for app developers. Apparently users will have to consent to allow them to be tracked.

Looks like the launch has been delayed longer than I thought/hoped. I’d really like to upgrade my X .

Looks like Samsung are throwing down the gauntlet. I like the idea of a folding phone:-
