Anyone else having issues with Teams calls not ringing?

Hi all,

Bit of an odd one be we are seeing an increasing number of reports from users whereby incoming calls to Teams from other Teams users are only ringing on their phones (with the Teams app) and not on their desktops. They don't even get a notification or anything in the Activity list.

Thoughts?

It's something that's being reported across our user base and started yesterday. Teams logged in and works fine for chat and for joining meetings, just knackered for incoming calls.

Interesting - does that mean you've seen the issue too? Do you happen to know if there is an form of service alert, etc for it? Will help stop some of our users telling us to fix it as it must be our fault ....

Quick update - we tried all sorts of things and it wasn't much better by the end of Friday so I'll see what Monday brings. We've had the issue with quite a few of our staff and there's no obvious correlation either. Our entire IT helpdesk was hit with the issue on Friday.
