I've had a Huawei P30 Pro for the last couple of years and been very happy with it - i'd probably still with the P50 if it had Google services... sadly it doesn't...

So that leaves me looking at the following...

One Plus 10 Pro - Brand new out this week, mixed reviews, particularly on the camera - but in general seems pretty good - it's also probably the cheapest.

Pixel Pro 6 - reading the thread on here it seems a bit of a mixed bag in terms of user happiness... plus the 7 is likely out later this year.

Honor Magic 4 Pro - No release date but likely to be pretty good, almost a disguised Huawei. Could be costly though.

S22 Ultra - Good reviews... good spec.... costly though.

What am I missing?

Is there anything up with the P30? or is it out of security/OS updates now?

If the answer is no for both then why bother, are any of these phones an "upgrade" anymore? I'm writing this as a 33 year old who up until a few years ago used to get a new one every year.
Nothing major - slipped off things a few times so a couple of screen cracks but nothing impacting performance really..... but two years... shiny new toy etc etc

Amazing when you start digging into the world of Android what exists out there...

I've also added the Vivo X70 Pro+ to my list - not yet released in the UK but looks to have a stunningly good camera setup.

Honor Magic 4 Pro has been released and seems to get pretty decent reviews & pricing isn't horrendous on a two year contract.

Some freebies too for pre ordering.

I think i'm going to end up with either that or the one plus 10 pro.
