Point to Point VPN

i have a business backup line between 2 offices which is currently kilostream ,
this is no longer an essential requirement as we have other connections in place now but i want to keep an emergency backup between the 2 sites so am going to replace it with a 2gb ADSL line ,
i want to create a secure VPN tunnel between the 2 sites ,
what is a good router that is capable of doing this

BT suggested a 3com box ?

it cause i am pricing up gb lines for something else
