Mercedes Comand - repair suggestions?

Hi all

I've a W204 C class with the motorised Command/screen (I think, NTG4?) fitted. The screen is showing one vertical line of pixels.Some have suggested checking the connector so it could be a simple fix (not sure how to do this?).

Can anyone recommend a repairer/replacer - preferably London/SE please?

Get yourself over to Tewin up in Herts and speak with Braybrooks in car enhancements. They will solve the issue.

Either that or talk to Comand in Lightwater, they may have a replacement or new unit in stock. I got Braybrookes to change the radio in my SLK and suddenly there was a problem that didn't exist before and, despite the promises, customer service was substandard as well.
