I have been trying to register for a few weeks, I cannot get past the verification process, it does let you . It shows you 2 options to verify but one by phone is only for US/Canada only & the option, by email, shows a box where it says Media error & below this it says "Click play to reveal security code, after you click it a message saying, "We are sorry video no longer available, which means you cannot enter the answer below that box & so not able to register...can anyone help please ?

Update...yes its taken this long...but I have managed to Register & log on...still not sure how it came about , but like to say thank you for all your help guys.
