Hi

About 6 months ago I ordered a new clutch for my 147 as the previous was slipping and the clutch I ordered was made to order due to the power the car is running (hybrid turbo 230bhp ish). Myself and a mechanic installed the clutch however once complete the clutch would not fully clear, pressing the pedal down to the floor had a good feel but jumped on all forward gears and would not engage reverse. Oh and when the cars off all gears go in nicely. Bled the clutch multiple times etc and still no luck. To cut a long story short, the clutch company say the clutch works - i sent it to them at my expense for them to test however I am wondering if anyone can think of possible problems which would cause this issue? The car previously had a SMF + GTA clutch. The clutch was then replaced by a 'stage one' GTA clutch with the flywheel staying the same. The car had a new gearbox at the same time - the lsd the car had was also swapped over. To sum up troubleshooting so far: clutch was in the correct way, release bearing situated properly, bypassed hydraulics with a prybar against gearbox lever, drove the car few hundred miles, took the clutch out visibly looks fine, gears work when car is off and bled the clutch multiple times.

Can anyone suggest anything to try? Clutch is out the car at the moment as I sent it away to be tested but just wondering before I try again if theres any point in doing so. The mechanic reckons the clutch is buggered when they 'uprated it'.
