Giulia SatNav Voice over : How to turn it off ?

Hi folks
Anyone know how to switch off or mute the voice guidance on the car sat nav ("take the 2nd exit" kind of thing).......annoying me as I never like the voice over and can't seem to find an option to switch it off ! It's a QF if that makes any difference.

Thx found it. My mistake was trying to go through all the settings menus…..rather than setting a destination then looking in Nav menu !
