595 Comp or EsseEsse

I’m getting itchy feet after being without my own car for nearly 3 years after selling my M2 just after the Covid re-opening in June ‘20, been sharing a Leon Cupra and then F40 M135i with the wife since.

Looking at something fun and not M2 money(!), had my eye on a new/nearly new i20N but the 595 has now got my attention!

Seen these 2 cars, both low miles, which are near-ish to me in NW England;

Dec ‘20 (70 plate) Comp with LSD, carbon interior bits, Beats, leather trimmed seats, upgraded alloys(?). £19k

July ‘21 (21 plate) EsseEsse, looks quite standard? Different coloured wheels than I’ve seen on others (dark grey vs white). £21.5k

Does the EsseEsse have a LSD as standard and is a LSD a must have on a 595?
Is manufacturers warranty 3 years?
Is Beats a big upgrade over stock speaker setup or is the standard setup decent enough anyway?
Does the Akra sound much better than the Monza exhaust? (This is my biggest draw to the EsseEsse, carbon backed seats are nice of course as well!).

Which wound you choose, is the EsseEsse worth it considering the £2500 price difference?
