mmm.

IIRC the 164 only came in 2-tone until the facelift versions came out. I may have made this up though.

They are stripes, not two-tone paint rolleyes
That one doesn't count but the Avon surely qualifies?

In my experience a 2-tone car was usually a sign of a bodger at work, especially if the lower half was a different colour to the rest of the vehicle and the colours didn't match the logbook.

They're a continuation of the two tone from the 512BB but made modern so there's less of black to go with the red.

Incidentally both look massively better with the black lower sections than the later facelifts with body colour sections.

I was going to post the 348 because it's one of my favourites but it is on the edge of being called two tone I know.

A few bits of black plastic trim does not constitute a two-tone colour scheme banghead

Not a Chiron... a Charleston

I prefer black over silver but the Bentley Continental S1 rocks either variant

And the perfect two-tone car is...

AFAIK VW never offered an official two-tone Type 1 paintscheme but so many have been "done" over the years they may have well have done! Seems to suit...
