its a deeply deeply fugly car

its in obvious red

its location suggests its been potentially purchased as a status symbol rather than by a petrol head

but most importantly

ferrari for show mclaren for a pro

smile
Have you ever been to Monaco? Some great petrol head roads........

Oh go on then, I'll be the first;

'It'll buff out'

'I've taxed worse'

'A bit of t-cut will sort it'

I have to say, having seen a Laf at Goodwood, it definitely looks better in the metal (or carbon fibre I guess) than it does in any pictures I've seen. Still not as pretty as the P1 or 918 though

Anyone know who the Laugherrari driver is?

That looks like the VW owner turned across him to me (although it'd be interesting to know the Ferrari's approach speed smile )

It's not surprising it's one of the craziest road layouts imaginable.IE it's a sort of roundabout that isn't actually a roundabout but needs to be treated like one because it should have been. It's just that they put the actual roundabout that should be there in the wrong place..

Who hit whom?

(But I'm not so sure a minor fender bender can be considered "devastating".)
Im not sure who hit who.

I would consider it and im sure if the majority of people who got a chance to own such a car would no doubt be devastated, unless youre you who wouldn't care? :P

No one died. A few days in the bodyshop and there'll be no evidence of any altercation apart from an increase in insurance premiums next year. They're both just cars and I would never shed a tear for a mere car.
Your emotions may vary.

Devastating scene in Monaco.

I'll agree it's not a great day for the Ferrari driver or the Golf driver but it's hardly a scene of devastation is it?

and this young people, is why your insurance is £3k on a £1,500 car. You may run into a laferrari (imagine the bill???? how do they get an appropriate hire car? - maybe a 918, they haven't sold out winktongue out )
The cost of a Ferrari is chicken feed compared to a personal injury claim, thats why they pay so much insurance. If they put three of their mates in wheelchairs for the rest of their lives, which they do, it costs tens of millions.

Come on... The people of this world who can afford to drive such a car are the least likely to be devastated by something like that happening. It's fairly minor - in that plastic body panels tend to shatter when prodded. There's no apparent deformation to the passenger cabin so the people inside are going to be fine (which is what matters I guess). As someone else said it can get booked in for a minor nose job, probably the owner will get his/her own done whilst they're waiting, and come out as good as new.

Hardly devastating. I have to admit to giggling a little when I saw it in that state. It's just the same as witnessing a spoiled child dropping an ice-cream or whatever.
