Love the colour - for me the wheels ruin it.
Agree, gold wheels work great with a few colours ,but not this.flow99 said:
stunning colour, and currently on Touring my spec sheet, although with the standard silver wheels
When I first saw it I immediately thought how good it would look on a touring with silver wheels and aluminium trim. I agree about the yellow calipers. Apparently, it's Amethyst ? Owner has a few other nice Porsche in the garages, including:- 993 Turbo
- Spyder (Chalk)
- Speedster (Bahama Yellow)
- 911R
- 2018 GT2 RS
- 993 Turbo S
- GT3 Touring (Olive Green)
- Plus a load of American classics.

Hi Rich. Glad to hear it worked out. It was an issue with all 991.2 GT3 but the ones with the cage you could hear it the most. 992 GT3 is great. I havent driven it much other than on the track. Fourth track day with it next week. It will be needing new tyres after that. Its more similar to my 991.1 GT3 than 991.2 GT3 due mostly to the PDK transmission. I think my work rate is 40% less for an additional 3s a lap at the local circuit. Im not sure if thats a good or bad thing but it reduces the risk somewhat when pushing on. Most things I find an improvement over the 991 (new interior tech, suspension, brakes, even the looks which have grown on me). If I were critical then the lightweight glass I dont think is worth the hassle/risk vs reward. Annoyed they havent sorted dumb stuff out like the carpet not fitting under the extinguisher on the clubsport spec. Porsche are crap at PCM too. Its confusing. Otherwise been great so far...hope you and the family are well...
All good thanks. Sounds like the GT3 is being used in anger

Keep safe and well , R
