Arya: I am going to King's Landing to kill Cersei. This is what I have trained all my life for. She was one of the original people on my kill list. The scourge of my entire family. Killed my brother, my father and my mother. I have passed through fire, death and pain to get here. I killed the Night King and can swap faces to appear as anyone.
Hound: Go home girl you might die
Arya: Ok
Yes another classic case of creating a lovely plot moment (ah The Hound does care about her how sweet) using zero logic. She could have died in nearly every assassination she carried out yet it did not phase her once - perhaps she needed someone to directly remind her of mortality for it to click??Hound: Go home girl you might die
Arya: Ok
Aargh!

I'd probably do the same tbh. You pretty much can't use the internet on Mondays at the moment if you haven't watched the episode yet. Every media outlet that exists can't wait to breathlessly post their clickbait insight into the latest episode. If it isn't an outright spoiler it's an indirect one like "10 Reasons Theon Was Great After All".
I must say, that is completely against my own experience lately, for both Game of Thrones and the other big potential "spoilerfest" of Avengers Endgame (which I have yet to see) I know to avoid the appropriate threads until I've caught up, but I don't have any worries about using Facebook or Twitter etc throughout the day. Admittedly I don't go on many "media" websites that may spoil it but given how much of the content I catch comes from the USA, or from people who don't have to get up and work on a Monday morning, its been fine. A couple of memes without context have hinted at stuff, but otherwise, I've been generally happy.

Or they could have put up captions saying "Two Weeks Later... (no we haven't got a teleporter)"
Or maybe an 80's movie style montage of people riding horses, marching, eating their dinner, etc
You can't rely on the audience figuring out that time might pass between events in the story.
I alluded to this earlier. When Sansa told Tyrion about Jon's parentage, we literally have no idea if she held onto the secret for all of 5 minutes or if it has been eating her up for weeks. Or maybe an 80's movie style montage of people riding horses, marching, eating their dinner, etc

That could have been so easily have been resolved with the writers having her say just a few extra words of dialogue like "Several weeks ago I learned..." or "I have been carrying a secret for weeks and..." or whatever.
(That's just an example of us having no clue of time, rather than a specific gripe btw)
Yeah Greyworm has killed children, stabbing a few soldiers in the back won't faze him.
I can see Tyrion doing it now that he realises he was wrong and what it's cost him. If he gets the chance. Lets face it, most of Westeros will want her dead.
Arya is the obvious choice but I reckon there'll be some callback to Neds dad being held hostage and being burned in front of his brother, except Jon will be the hostage this time

Based upon Dannys vision from S2, my take on it,
She never gets on the throne - Its within grabbing distance but never takes it (you can see this when she reaches out for it) but the door to the wall (north) opens.
She is killed by 'the North' eg, Jon Snow and then Joins Kahl Drogo and her Son who are waiting for her in the afterlife.

I don't think we'll see any after life stuff. But someone I think has nailed it above. She never gets on the throne - Its within grabbing distance but never takes it (you can see this when she reaches out for it) but the door to the wall (north) opens.

Danaerys lines Jon up to be burned and she goes on a rant, up steps Tyrion and sticks her with a dagger or something. The new Queenslayer is born.
Meanwhile in the North, to start the whole cycle again a new Nights King rises, but who? It can't be Bran, he's the new 3 eyed Raven.

Afterlife stuff was already in the vision I mean - he says he is waiting for her.Danaerys lines Jon up to be burned and she goes on a rant, up steps Tyrion and sticks her with a dagger or something. The new Queenslayer is born.

I really hope the NightKing side of things is brought up once again, if they never mention it again I will be ****** off.

Bran is sitting by the tree at Winterfell. It is snowing. Nobody has thought to check if he's ok. He freezes to death but then... suddenly opens his eyes and they are ice blue like the Night Kings. Fade to black. Roll credits. The Internet explodes. ![smile](/inc/images/smile.gif)
I quite liked the episode.
She went full Targaryen, it wasn't nice to see but not a huge surprise.
I don't like some of the character developments though, my top 3 dislikes:

I don't like some of the character developments though, my top 3 dislikes:
- Brienne. The power woman in the show. Possibly one of the best fighters in the 7 kingdoms, taller than most men and probably just as strong. Weeps in a nightgown after a one night stand with a cripple because she needs her "true love's first kiss".
- Jamie. The big redemption arc in the show. 7 seasons of him turning from the caricature too-good-looking prince charming who's ugly on the inside to the opposite. Then, after a good number of years, all of the sudden he realizes that he actually wants his sister (who shunned him after he lost his
masculinityfighting hand). - Bronn. Just didn't like him threatening the two people who actually were always good to him (both financially and personally).

He's King of the North (the amusing scene where he first meets the Mother of Dragons and she is introduced by MeSundae - now just a cone - He is then introduced by Davos)![biglaugh](/inc/images/biglaugh.gif)

I don't disagree with this train of thought ultimately, this is the Game of Thrones - you win or you die. that was the tagline all along.
leading to what feels like an inevitable conclusion that jon or dany will die in the final episode - i cannot see jon bending the knee or ruling in his queens' name in North after the KL massacre. She wants to rule with fear and has demonstrated that - either she f

i can't see a scenario where they hold hands and skip off into the sunset....
The show seems to have closed down the rational solution as I said before. However feudal marriages didn't tend to be love matches and often would be to make peace between two families who didn't particularly like one another.leading to what feels like an inevitable conclusion that jon or dany will die in the final episode - i cannot see jon bending the knee or ruling in his queens' name in North after the KL massacre. The point was that Cersei was as good as dead anyway. Why die just to be the one who sticks the knife in when your enemy is doomed.

That just said, and as much as I enjoyed their ending/fight, I felt the whole Clegane revenge thing was a fanservice creation- webalways knew he hated his brother, but when he fled Kings Landing the first time, his plan was to steal/earn some cash and leave the whole thing behind. Since then he's become more, not less, philosophical, so Cleganebowl seems artificial.
He mentioned killing his brother if he met him (as Arya was reciting her list), but pre-Oberyn fight, I don't think it had occured to anyone.
Having retired, seen things in the flames and survived death, living up north with Sansa and Brienne would seem to be infinitely preferable to killing his brother who would have met any of the fates he listed for Cersei.
Still enjoyed it though. f

It would have probably made more sense for the Hound's character arc if he just packed it in and went to live in a hut somewhere but how boring would that have been? People keep moaning about fan service, sometimes you need to give people what they want and Cleganebowl delivered massively for me.
Right, off the wall ending.
Ayra tries to kill Dani for burning all the civvies (and nearly her). She gets caught and is sentenced to death by dracarys (sp?).
BUT Jon intervenes and chops Dani's head off just before she is executed whilst Bran wargs into Drogon. Or just for a real kicker Bran wargs into Drogon and uses him to eat Dani........
