Not sure if this the correct place to post or resurrecting one of the 'bumper sticker' threads, but here goes?

Spotted on the back of a Corsa was a sticker proclaiming 'FIT LUMPS'!!

Now this could be a new marketing ploy by the manufacturers of 'Lump' tyres however, I suspect we are witnessing council-speak?

Any ideas?
