How to view multiple postcodes on google maps
Discussion
I have a new job in the South West which involves visiting around six residential address's in the South West per day. I would like to be able to input the six postcodes into a system that will then bring up a map of the local area. Highlighting the post codes. I have Sat Nav and a smart phone, its just that a lot of the locations are in the deep boonies and I would like to be able to visualise where they are in relation to each other, in order to come up with a half sensible call plan....Please help
Don't know if it is possible to plan a route on Google Maps that has more than one destination?
You could download a Mappoint trial, it is good for 60 days: http://www.microsoft.com/uk/mappoint/trial.aspx

Wouldn't you just setup a route with multiple stops? Am I missing the point? For example

Have a look at the travelling salesman problem as a little bit of background reading. Quite interesting in a geeky sort of way. I remember reading about it when I had a temp job as a courier.
The other drivers just grabbed their shipments and addresses and hit the road. I took a few minutes out to plot all addresses into the computer and map what I thought to be the best route. Worked out well because I was paid per drop, not per hour
