bulk carrier bags - London

Hey all,

Maybe a bit of a long shot but thought it was worth a go.
I have a launch for my new venture tomorrow night and have been let down on a delivery of carrier bags (friend of a friend of a friend sort of thing)
does anyone know anywhere in London (would REALLY prefer South East or East) where I could pick up a couple of hundred carrier bags? preferably a high quality plastic or paper, they only need to be big enough to hold about 250g and 30cm wide by 40cm tall.

ETA: I have searched google etc and maybe my chose search terms are just ste but I'm having no luck at all - plenty of mail order options but nothing where I can go and pick up.

Can you not just go to some independent shops and offer to buy their bags off them?

May be more expensive - but a sure fire way to get them in time.

that was something I'd half thought of. I guess I'd dismissed it, thinking shop owners would take the mickey with the price as I don't live in the friendliest area of SE London! There is one place down the road that might be a good shout - cheers for the idea.
