I drove around Reims, yesterday if I'd know there was all this, I'd I've stopped for a look around!! Though we were in the Yeti.

Great Pictures.

Possibly a stupid question lads but, is there a street name or anything I can stick in the satnav for this place?

We're off there in 2 weeks time (well 4 by the time we hit Reims on the way back). I've googled the location but can't find anything specific.

And 30's I think or that's at least when racing started there.
Good place to tear along at full pelt past the garages

Will you stop posting my photographs and passing them off as your own. You never went near Reims in that car. I doubt it even left Yorkshire in your ownership..

Fab road F1 circuit in its day, lovely long straight through the pits. Its the place Fangio decided halfway through a race that it was time to retire. He never (I believe) did F1 again.

You can follow parts of the old track and should be visited at least once in a lifetime if you love anything of the GP circuits of old.

For the SAT NAV users. East of GUEUX on the D27 ..... Thats the old Grandstand/Pits straight. About 3 miles West of Reims

Apologies for it not being a Porsche, but here's one of my old Griff at Reims in 2002, before they started to "restore" the place:
