I'd sell my Gordon-Keeble for a RHD E28 estate.

I see the glass looks like the W124 glass, but not the whole boot lid? Looks different.
If that's a serious comment about the Keeble, I'd be interested.............just got to find you a RHD E28 estate now!
You crack on.

I have run estate cars almost exclusively for the last 25 years or so. I was a TV engineer in my working life and needed something that would accommodate a number of the huge TVs of the era. Apart from an assortment of Morris Oxford estates in the earlier years, I had a Granada, Cortina, three Citroen CXs, two Citroen BXs, six Citroen XMs one of which I still have and now a C5. The Citroens were probably the largest capacity estates made. In addition to TVs I have carried diesel engines/gearboxes, oil fired boilers and three piece suites - couldn't manage to live without an estate car.

Great thread.
Liking the odd proportions of the one-off Triumph TR6 shooting brake in the current Classics Monthly.

Lexus IS200 estate looked awful compared to the saloon...

I prefer it to the saloon, think they look great. As an estate it's probably not all that good as they don't look big. I wish they did the IS300 with a manual gearbox. It's a shame about the rear lights, thought they looked good when it came out but since every kid with a Corsa fitted some they've not stood the test of time.

Would that be a blue S6 Plus? 300bhp instead of the 227 of the turbo-charged 5 in line car.

It's not a Plus so is in a very light gold colour, he has added some "plus parts" to it but nothing over the top. It's a V8 Auto originally from Germany, I think it's done about 115Km, the interior and mechanics are sound but the body will need further work, sound great though.
One for sale here, S6 plus, great car

That's the one I nearly bought a few years ago - I ended up with an E34 540i/6 Touring instead.

I've liked the P1800 ES since I first saw it in the early 70s. Just sooo cool.
