Anyone any idea of the cost of this? I see a few local garages have Procut machines.

My brakes aren't 100%, so I'm considering looking into getting them skimmed before buying new discs.

The discs aren't even that old and aren't showing that much wear.

So anyone know the rough cost of 348mm discs to be skimmed?

Anyone had it done and got any feedback on their experience?

Had mine done on the hotrod. They were suffering from an attack of the judders. Got them skimmed at a place in Stroud and it has cured the problem.

100% satisfaction.

Can't remember the cost, sorry.

Using a Pro-Cut, I wouldn't be looking to pay much more than an hours labour. Caliper off, basically throw the machine in the direction of the car and let it do it's thing.

The best disc lathe there is by a country mile, having used a few others, if I was a)having my own discs skimmed, or b) buying one I wouldn't look at anything else.

And no I don't work for them.
