Nice list, but it's a bit skewed isn't it? You'd have to have a "ratio" to make it fair. Someone like Hurt with over 150 credits to his name will beat guys like Rourke that hardly get to 70.

How do the rules work, do they have to die onscreen? If someones a vampire they are, by definition dead right? what if there's a sequel of the vampire movie with the same vampire, do they get counted twice for being dead in two movies or once for being the same dead character? What about the guy who's played a different zombie in every living dead movie? what about people who die, come back to life and die again in a movie, is that a double count? what about all the terminators being killed in the future battle scenes in the terminator franchise, does arnie get to tott up all their counts?

Those lists only deal with big name stars, the guy I posted Henry Kingi has been in 66 films but done 174 stunts, probably dying in most of them.
