Well, well. The veneer of minor TV C-List celebrity slips eh?
"listen you nut job if you tag me in one of your childish tweets again I will close you down...don't push me!" - Mike Brewer.
Now, seriously, I agree I may be a nutjob, but here we have a mildly well-known person threatening to close me down, publish bad customer reviews: "have you read the tons of bad reviews you get" "don't worry I'll find some and post them up for you..it'll be a pleasure." ... threatening to send cease and desist letters if I publish his public Tweets to me "Do.. And receive a seize and desist letter." ( I think he's confusing me with one of Ed China's engines with "seize and desist" heh.)
I might tell it like it is, after he said publicly I have a failing business ...me> "LINGsCARS net worth £504k, Mike Brewer Motors Ltd net worth £16k": [AND] "you only own 16% of Mike Brewer Motors Ltd"
But honestly, this outpouring of nastiness is a reflection that a real person is often very different from the TV personality they portray on the telly.
Brewers leasing business seems to have closed, I had already fallen out with him because he didn't include VAT in his personal deals when he launched it - which is quite illegal. That's why he remembers me as a "nutjob". I had the temerity to question his business model.

It all started last Sunday at 10pm when that "Rate My Dealer" started canvassing my customers on Twitter (at 10pm Sunday) for dirt. Guess he thought I would be offline.
The poster "ratemycardlrUK" mentioned Brewer and put his tag in there, not me. And I replied to that poster, not to Brewer.
For the avoidance of doubt.
That's (mainly) why this sudden tsunami of evil from Brewer is shocking. Brewer obviously is sensitive his leasing business has closed, website down, put 2 and 2 together and made 5. He should have held his bad breath.

Something like this..?The motor trade is a benign cartel of backscratching and winks, Brewer will "put the word out" and I get restricted car supply.
It all depends who listens to him, hopefully not many people. However, I'm not sure how shutting me down benefits him, apart from psychologically? It is very strange behaviour.
Like I say: cheeky chappy on TV, a bit vicious off it.
